These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Vistaplants website and the purchase of products from us. By registering or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General

Vistaplants is a wholesale-only supplier. All sales are made exclusively to registered business customers (B2B). By registering, you confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of a business.

2. Account Registration

To access pricing and place orders, you must register for a wholesale account. We reserve the right to approve or decline any account application at our discretion. Account details must be kept confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. An order is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from Vistaplants.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to require payment in advance for new customers or large orders.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all EU countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be communicated before order confirmation. Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Complaints and Returns

Any complaints regarding the quality or condition of delivered plants must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence. We will assess each complaint on a case-by-case basis and offer an appropriate remedy at our discretion.

7. Liability

Vistaplants is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vistaplants website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Vistaplants and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
